Lower scores on normal pages makes sense to me, they probably didn't want to post their best scores if they were very hard / a bit glitchy to get like the pikachu, those pages are more meant for normal players.

Not sure how it happened, but it only happened to me once in facility, I heard one of the lab guards sneeze immediately followed by an explosion. I don't know if it was a random sneeze and a guard tried to throw a grenade at me or what, but the lab was blown up before i got to it. My college roommate and I laughed about that for a good while over that one!

The text in this game is hilarious because if you don’t know what’s going on and bungle the npc encounter they’ll be like “James you fool!” Or “James you betrayed me how could you!” When in actuality you didn’t read the mission objective and either ran away or shot the npc

My guess for Snorlax would be it's a typo on the German's scoring sheet, since 4400 is close to 4040, and 4040 is near #1 by the best players.

Can you game-end Ourumov by slapping (without game-ending Natalya) on Train? Also, I wonder how many of the places in this where you throw nades/mines, could you instead get the guard to throw the nade for you hence you not needing it?

what? I never had problems with the dpad on n64, granted like you say you dont use it often, but I feel like it worked flawlessly? Are you saying you saw that over multiple controllers? If anything, the joystick was the most "faulty" part or at least the part that saw wear the fastest and lost its stiffness and deadzones

Jungle and Caverns are the most mysterious levels to me. It would be interesting to explore them if there were a code to remove all NPCs, ammo boxes, turrets etc.

I believe 29 can be reached, and after that it'll be a pain in the ass grinding every extra point until it becomes impossible to go higher.

"In our lifetimes?" I love to imagine someone 300 years from now sitting at an N64 grinding Ekans toss and beating a centuries old record

Of note is that he also missed another toss in the same footage, so 27 is definitely possible. I think 30 is still doable as well, but you'll need a LOT of luck to pull that many golden digletts so it might sit at 28-29 max for a good while.
